Boulevard Aetos Apartments & Studios

 These self-catering apartments & studios are housed in a beautifully located building.  Their elevated position allows for dramatic views overlooking Agia Efimia bay, the sea towards Ithaca and the village and valley. They are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments, spacious studios and on the top floor a penthouse with breathtaking views. All self-catering apartments & studios are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with an oven with rings, a fridge, a multi-channel television system, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower, and a spacious terrace or balcony.

The top floor houses a very spacious penthouse, which consists of a very large living room (800 square feet) with a spacious open kitchen with full cooking facilities and an open-plan dining room area. The large bedroom (350 square feet) with bathroom and shower is two steps up from the living room area. The whole floor has long windows enabling for panoramic views even when sitting down and relaxing.  The Penthouse is ideal for couples, but the two extra single beds can comfortable accommodate families as well.

The upper two floors have the most dramatic panoramic sea and valley views. The Boulevard Aetos Apartments &  Studios are facing the south enabling for sunshine all day long.

The spacious Partial Sea View Studios still have a lovely bay view to the front and view towards the sea to the left. These studios also have a removable fence on the balcony for families and/or friends that would like to share the balcony.

These self-catering apartments and studios are situated on the parallel road behind the seafront of the village of Agia Efimia in Kefalonia only 30 meters (1 minute) walk from the seafront. They can be accessed by the old village path (staircase) right in front of the building  just a few steps from the village centre or by road.  We have parking facilities for our guests as well.

Although all units are slightly different in layout, furnishings and décor, they all possess a certain flair. The convenient and central location on Kefalonia and in Agia Efimia village, the lovely views, comfort and very affordable rates make our Boulevard Aetos Apartments & Studios a very good choice for a stay in Kefalonia.
